目的:比较国产与进口头孢哌酮,舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效.方法:回顾性分析我院近2年进口与国产头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染患者198例和201例的疗效.结果:进口头孢哌酮/舒巴坦组有效率为61.6%,国产头孢哌酮/舒巴坦组有效率为51.7%,差异具有统计学意叉(P<0.05).结论:进口头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染住院患者的疗效优于国产品.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect of domestic cefoperazone/sulbactam and imported one for lower respiratory infection. METHODS: The curative effects of domestice vs. imported cefoperazone/sulbactam in 201 vs. 198 patients with lower respiratory infection in recent two years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: The effective rate was 61.6% for imported product and 51.7% for domestic product. Significant difference was noted between 2 groups statistically (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Imported cefoperazone/sulbactam is superior to domestic one in treatment of lower respiratory infection.
