摘要
目的 了解暗娼人群的梅毒感染状况及安全套使用的影响因素,为制定或完善暗娼干预措施提供科学依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取钦州市城区内407名暗娼进行面对面问卷调查,并采集静脉血样本检测梅毒抗体;通过单因素和多因素logistic回归分析安全套使用的影响因素.结果 407名暗娼平均年龄(28.94±5.92)岁,艾滋病知识知晓率为85.01％,最近1个月坚持每次商业性行为使用安全套率为71.01％,梅毒感染率为9.58％.多因素分析结果显示,性服务场所档次、是否提供包夜服务、与同1名嫖客性交易次数及近1个月性交易前2h内嫖客是否喝过酒是暗娼商业性行为安全套使用的影响因素.结论 钦州市暗娼人群安全套使用率低,梅毒感染率高,影响安全套使用的因素较多,应针对不同因素开展有效干预,防止性传播疾病扩散.
Abstract
Objective To understand the prevalence of syphilis and the factors influencing the use of condom among sex workers and to provide scientific basis for improving the intervention measures.Methods Four hundreds and seven sex workers were selected from Qinzhou city using stratified sampling method and a face to face questionnaire survey was conducted.Blood samples were also collected for the detection of syphilis antibody.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the use of condom.Results The average age was (28.94±5.92) years.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 85.01 ％.The rate of condom use during each commercial sex was 71.01 ％ in recent one month.The preva lence of syphilis was 9.58％.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the place of sexual service,service type,times of sex with the same client,drinking before sex were factors influencing the use of condom of commercial sex.Conclusions The rate of condom use is lower and the prevalence of syphilis is higher among sex workers in Qinzhou.There are many factors influencing the rate of condom use.Effective intervention should be provided to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
