摘要

我国疾病预防控制体系(疾控体系)信息化建设现如今仍处于发展阶段.国际上新发传染病以及重大公共卫生突发事件的相继发生,推动了各国疾控体系信息化建设的步伐.本研究通过阐述德国疾控体系在预警监测、流行病学调查、风险评估、信息交互,以及跨学科平台等领域信息化改革的经验,并基于我国疾控体系信息化发展现状,为我国疾控体系未来信息化建设提供参考意见与建议,从而推动信息化新方法、新技术、新理念在疾控体系中的开发与完善,打造和推广"中国智能",发挥中国在全球疾控体系信息化建设中的大国形象.

Abstract

The informatization of disease prevention and control system in China is still under development.Successive waves of emerging infectious diseases and public health emergencies have promoted the informatization of disease prevention and control systems in many countries.This article summarizes the experience of the informatization reform of Germany's disease prevention and control system in the fields of early warning and monitoring,epidemiological investigation,risk assessment,information interaction,and interdisciplinary platforms,deriving opinions and suggestions for the informatization development of China's system in the future based on the current situation in China.This study aims to promote the development and improvement of new methods,new technologies,and new concepts of informatization in disease control and prevention system,to build and promote"China Intelligence",and to establish China's image as a major country in the informatization of global disease prevention and control system.
