Current status and prospects of non-postoperative prognostic models for ischemic heart disease
Ischemic heart disease(IHD)is an important public health problem worldwide that causes severe disease burden.Prognostic models can stratify patients according to risk, aiding clinicians in adopting personalized treatment management strategies and measures. This paper reviewed the current non-postoperative prognostic models for IHD,summarized their characteristics, and analyzed the limitations in terms of the research population, prediction outcomes and timeframes, and methodology. In the future, medical big data,biomarkers,multi-gene risk scores, and machine learning algorithms may be able to provide new directions for the subsequent studies of non-postoperative prognostic models for IHD.
