Objective To monitor and analyze the incidence of suspected Adverse Events Following Immunization(AEFI)after vaccination with trivalent influenza split-virion vaccine(TIV)and quadrivalent influenza split-virion vaccine(QIV)in the population aged 60 and above in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City. Methods All observation subjects who received split-virion influenza vaccine in various vaccination clinics in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City from September 2020 to April 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected.Active monitoring was used to collect AEFI within 30 days after vaccination, and the incidence of AEFI was analyzed. Results There were 409 cases(33.39‰)of AEFI with split-virion influenza vaccine in the populations aged 60 and above, among which 389 cases(31.76%o)of common reactions,11 cases(0.90‰)of abnormal reactions, and 9 cases(0.73‰)of coincidental events. The incidence of TIV and QIV AEFI were 34.34‰ and 29.58‰,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(x2=1.366,P=0.243),and the general reaction was 32.81‰ and 27.53‰,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(x2=2.456,P=0.117).The abnormal reactions were 0.82‰ and 1.23‰,respectively,and there was no significant difference(x2=0.056,P=0.812).The incidence of AEFI was higher in females than in males, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=16.441,P<0.01;x2=5.354,P=0.021),the incidence of AEFI in TIV aged 60 to<70 years was lower than that in TIV aged 70 to<80 years and ≥80 years, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.609,P=0.006;x2=6.126,P=0.013);there was no significant difference in the incidence of AEFI in QIV among three age groups(x2=0.975,P=0.614).Conclusions TIV and QIV have a low incidence of AEFI in people aged 60 and above, and the symptoms are usually mild, indicating good safety.
