中国超重肥胖流行状况与防控工作进展

摘要
随着经济发展和城市化进程,我国超重肥胖患病率迅速上升,已成为严重的公共卫生问题.本研究梳理总结我国肥胖的流行现状、影响因素与防控工作,探讨防控策略,以支持"健康中国"建设.中国政府已实施多项政策,如《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》,推动健康生活方式,并通过学校、社区项目和医疗体系介入进行防控,尽管取得了阶段性进展,但肥胖防控仍面临诸多挑战.未来,我国需加强政策支持,促进跨部门合作,利用智能技术,以实现肥胖流行趋势的控制,为全球肥胖防控贡献中国智慧.
Abstract
With economic development and rapid urbanization,the prevalence of overweight and obesity in China has risen rapidly,posing a serious public health issue.This study examined the current prevalence,influencing factors,and prevention and control efforts of obesity in China and discussed strategies to support the"Healthy China"initiative.The Chinese government has implemented various policies,such as the"Healthy China 2030 Initiative"to promote healthy lifestyles.Interventions through schools,community programs,as well as the healthcare system have been employed to address prevention and control.Despite making progress in certain areas,the prevention and control of obesity still face numerous challenges.In the future,China needs to strengthen policy support,promote inter-departmental cooperation,and utilize intelligent technologies to control the trend of obesity,contributing Chinese wisdom to global obesity prevention and control.
