摘要

目的 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统和湖北省宜昌市健康管理大数据分析中心(大数据系统)了解2018-2019年宜昌市水痘流行情况,比较和评价两系统特点和优势,为指导该地疾病监测提供参考.方法 依托中国疾病预防控制信息系统和大数据系统,收集2018-2019年湖北省宜昌市水痘病例资料,应用描述性流行病学方法进行比对分析.结果 2018-2019年中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告病例水痘1 632例,大数据系统报告病例1 937例.两个系统水痘病例分布特点相似:男性病例占比高于女性;发病趋势呈现2个高峰,学生寒暑假期间出现病例低谷,第2、4季度发病数高于第1、3季度;发病人群年龄集中在10~<15岁;各地发病水平不均衡,发病率最高为92.8/10万,最低为52.4/10万.不同地区病例的年龄、诊断日期分布存在差异,地区人口数越少其病例分布越均衡.结论 通过大数据系统和中国疾病预防控制信息系统数据分析提示,宜昌市城区水痘病例的发病特征相近,大数据系统是中国疾病预防控制信息系统较好的补充数据来源,两个系统互补,提高了水痘报告的完整性.

Abstract

Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the prevalence of varicella in Yichang City,Hubei Province from 2018 to 2019 through the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System and the Yichang City Health Management Big Data Analysis Center(Big Data System),comparing and evaluating their respective characteristics and advantages,and providing a reference for guiding disease surveillance in the region.Methods Utilizing the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the Big Data System,data on varicella cases in Yichang City,Hubei Province from 2018 to 2019 were collected,and a comparative analysis was conducted using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results From 2018 to 2019,The China Disease Control and Prevention Information System reported 1 632 cases of varicella,while the big data system reported 1 937 cases.The distribution of varicella cases in the two systems showed similar characteristics:a higher proportion of cases in males than females;a bimodal distribution with peaks in the second and fourth quarters and a trough during school breaks;the age group 10-<15 years was most affected;and varying varicella incidence rates across different regions,ranging from 52.4 to 92.8 per 100 000.Differences in the age and diagnosis date distributions of cases were observed in different regions,with a more balanced distribution of cases in areas with smaller populations.Conclusions The similarities in the epidemiological characteristics of varicella cases in urban areas of Yichang City,as indicated by the Big Data System and the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System,suggest that the Big Data System serves as a valuable complementary data source for the latter,enhancing the completeness of varicella reporting.
