摘要
目的 分析贵州省中学生使用电子烟的流行情况及其影响因素,为贵州省青少年控烟行动提供参考依据.方法 2021年采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,从贵州省抽取9 021名中学生进行调查,对调查数据加权后,计算电子烟知晓率、电子烟使用率、电子烟易感率等指标,并采用多因素logistic回归模型分析影响中学生产生电子烟易感性的因素.结果 贵州省中学生使用电子烟率为5.17％;职业高中学生的尝试使用电子烟率、现在使用电子烟率、电子烟易感率均高于初中、普通高中,差异有统计学意义(x2=87.12、22.49、17.02,P＜0.01).中学生使用电子烟的主要原因是好奇(58.26％).多因素logistics 回归分析发现,男生(OR=1.97,95％CI:1.64～2.37,P＜0.01)、父/母吸烟(OR=1.33,95％CI:1.09～1.62,P＜0.01)、在学校内看到过教师吸烟(OR=2.19,95％CI:1.83～2.64,P＜0.01)、看到过电子烟广告(OR=3.04,95％CI:2.94～3.70,P＜0.01)是增加中学生电子烟易感性的重要因素.结论 贵州省中学生人群中电子烟流行情况较严重,父/母、教师吸烟会显著增加学生使用电子烟易感性.学校和家长应加强紧密联系,降低青少年的电子烟易感率,守护青少年健康成长.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of electronic cigarette(e-cigarette)use and its influencing factors among middle school students and to provide a reference for tobacco control among adolescents in Guizhou Province.Methods A multi-stage stratified whole cluster random sampling method was used to select 9 021 middle school students in Guizhou Province for the survey.After weighting the survey data,the awareness,use,and susceptibility rates of e-cigarettes were calculated.A multi-factorial logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the susceptibility of e-cigarettes among middle school students.Results The current usage rate of e-cigarettes among middle school students in Guizhou Province was 5.17％.The trial and use and cigarette rates of e-cigarette use among vocational high school students were higher than those of junior high school and general high school(x2=87.12,22.49,17.02,P＜0.01).The main reason for middle school students using e-cigarettes was curiosity(58.26％).Multivariate logistic regression analysis found that being male(OR=1.97,95％CI:1.64-2.37,P＜0.01),having a parent who smokes(OR=1.33,95％CI:1.09-1.62,P＜0.01),seeing teachers smoking at school(OR=2.19,95％CI:1.83-2.64,P＜0.01),and seeing e-cigarette advertisements(OR=3.04,95％CI:2.94-3.70,P＜O.01)were significant factors increasing e-cigarette susceptibility among middle school students.Conclusions The prevalence of e-cigarette use among middle school students in Guizhou Province is relatively serious,and smoking by parents and teachers significantly increases students'susceptibility to use e-cigarettes.Schools and parents should strengthen close contact to reduce the susceptibility of teenagers to e-cigarettes and protect the healthy growth of teenagers.
