低氧性呼吸衰竭通常由呼吸系统疾病引起,是临床中较为严重的呼吸系统综合征.一氧化氮(NO)作为重要的多功能生物信号分子,具有舒张肺动脉血管的作用,被广泛用于低氧性呼吸衰竭的治疗,但NO的临床应用尚缺乏标准规范.故作者综述了吸入NO在低氧性呼吸衰竭患者中的治疗机制、不同年龄段的应用方案及不良反应等,以期为临床医师提供参考.
Abstract
Hypoxemic respiratory failure,usually caused by respiratory system diseases,is a clinically severe respiratory syndrome.Nitric oxide(NO),as an essential multifunctional biological signaling molecule,has the effects of dilating pulmonary arterial vessels.It is widely used in the treatment of hypoxemic respiratory failure.However,there is a lack of standardized guidelines for the clinical application of NO.Therefore,the authors reviewed the treatment mechanisms,application strategies in different age groups,and adverse reactions of inhaled NO in patients with hypoxemic respiratory failure,aiming to provide references for clinical applications.
