摘要

我国研究型医院如何走向可持续高质量发展,美国梅奥诊所长期保持成功的实践值得借鉴.笔者主要从梅奥诊所制度设计、治理和院长职责方面进行阐述,以期为我国研究型医院建设和可持续高质量发展提供借鉴.

Abstract

How to move towards sustainable and high-quality development of China's research hospitals,the long-standing and successful practice of Mayo Clinic in the United States is worth learning from. The author mainly elaborates on the Mayo Clinic system design,governance,dean's responsibilities and performance,in order to provide reference for the construction and sustainable high-quality development of research hospitals in China.
