摘要
专科护士作为优质护理资源,在提高患者治愈率、改善患者生存质量以及提升患者自我效能等方面发挥着重要作用.随着疾病谱的变化、护理学科的发展及专业领域的细化,认证后的专科护士需进行继续教育以保持高水平专业能力.为构建符合中国国情的专科护士继续教育体系,通过概念界定、法律政策、培训方式、内容设置阐述国内外专科护士继续教育现状,经分析、比较得出我国专科护士继续教育现存问题并提出发展建议.
Abstract
Specialist nurses,as a superior nursing resource,play an important role in raising the cure rate,improving the patients'quality of life,and enhancing the patients'perceived self-efficacy.With the change of disease spectrum,development of nursing disciplines,and refinement of speciality areas,continuing education should be offered to the certified specialist nurses to raise and maintain their professional competence.To establish a continuing education system for specialist nurses in line with China's national conditions,the authors elucidate the status quo of the continuing education of specialist nurses both at home and abroad,and analyzed the problems and solutions of continuing education for specialist nurses in China in terms of concept definitions,laws and policies,training modes,and training content.
