摘要
为了深化多学科联合诊治(MDT)管理,达到有效的监督、考核及持续总结改进的目的,某大型三级甲等综合医院应用PDCA循环管理方法.运用SWOT分析法完成MDT实施的分析与计划,继而进行具体的准备与实施行动,拓展全流程管理,提高监督检查阶段的管理力度,进行持续改进与总结并进入新的PDCA循环.医院运用PDCA循环管理方法,提高了MDT管理的领导力和MDT团队的执行力,实现了MDT管理的创新性、有效性以及持续性,可为各医院进一步推动MDT的有效管理提供参考.
Abstract
The Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)cycle has been adopted in a large tertiary general hospital for the purpose of optimizing multi-disciplinary team(MDT)management and achieving effective and continuous supervision,assessment,and improvement.The SWOT method was used to complete the planning and implementation of MDT.The whole-process management was expanded to strengthen the supervision and inspection and facilitate continuous improvements.New PDCA cycle was entered after summarization.The application of PDCA cycle enhanced the leadership and implementation of MDT,ensuring the innovation,efficiency,and sustainability of MDT management.
