摘要
高校附属医院是我国医疗服务供给的主力军,合理整合高校与其附属医院各方优势资源,将有助于提升附属医院临床重点专科建设水平.以湖南省S大学附属医院为案例,梳理临床重点专科建设中存在的统筹规划不强、资源共享不足、人才和技术流通不畅、医疗服务同质化不足等问题;总结整合资源以引领专科建设、促进医教研发展、实现资源优化、强化信息平台建设的实践与成效;提出高校附属医院临床重点专科建设应以资源整合为抓手,在专科效能、人才引育、信息化建设以及学科群建设等方面多管齐下,提升重点专科建设效能与水平.
Abstract
College-affiliated hospitals play a pivotal role in offering medical services across China.Optimal integration of the superior resources of colleges and universities and their affiliated hospitals will facilitate the construction of clinical key specialties in the affiliated hospitals.In the case study of the college-affiliated hospital S in Hunan Province,the challenges in the construction of clinical key specialties,such as weak overall planning,limited resource sharing,poor flow of talents and technologies,and non-homogeneous medical services,were analyzed.Integrated resources used to guide clinical specialty capacity-building,promote the development of medical teaching and research,realize resource optimization,and strengthen the efficiency and practice of the construction of information platforms were summarized.Proposals were made as follows:with resource integration as the starting point,the construction of clinical key specialties in college-affiliated hospitals should also make efforts in performance evaluation,talent cultivation,informationization,and discipline group construction,so as to further raise the efficiency and level of clinical key specialty capacity-building.
