摘要
目的 以新冠肺炎疫情为例,分析在重大突发传染病流行背景下,影响医务人员工作家庭平衡的因素,以期在应对重大突发传染病发生时,为保障医务人员平衡工作家庭关系提供策略依据.方法 以北京市某三级甲等医院在职员工为研究对象,开展线上问卷调查.问卷内容包括职工人口学特征、新冠病毒感染情况和工作家庭平衡评分等.对调查结果采用描述性分析、独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归模型,以分析影响工作家庭平衡4个维度的因素.结果 共回收有效问卷5 652份,感染新冠病毒职工4 362人.影响因素分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、职务、科室类别、岗位、聘用方式、工作年限、所属院区、是否感染新冠病毒、严重程度、症状持续时间、近1周是否存在新冠症状是影响医务人员工作家庭平衡的因素.结论 重大突发传染病发生时,特定医务人员群体面临工作家庭平衡压力,应予以重点关注.同时应建立、健全医务人员长期新冠肺炎康复支持体系,以保障医务人员心身健康.
Abstract
Objective To investigate factors that may affect the work-family balance(WFB)of medical staff during major epidemics,in an attempt to provide a strategic basis for effective epidemic response.Methods An online questionnaire-based survey was conducted among the staff of a tertiary hospital in Beijing during the COVID-19 pandemic.The questionnaire covered the demographic data,SARS-CoV-2 infection,and WFB score.Descriptive analysis,independent samples t-test,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),and multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the factors affecting the four dimensions of WFB.Results A total of 5,652 valid responses were collected.COVID-19 was reported in 4,362 respondents.The influencing factors of WFB included gender,education level,title,department,job,employment mode,service years,hospital campus,SARS-CoV-2 infection,severity of COVID-19,duration of symptoms,and persistence(or not)of COVID-19 symptoms in the past week.Conclusion A special group of medical staff have to face the WFB pressure during a major epidemic,to which special attention should be paid.Supportive systems for long-term recovery and rehabilitation from COVID-19 should be established for medical staff,so as to ensure their mental and physical health.
