Application of PDCA in early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要
目的 探讨PDCA管理模式在急性脑梗死(Acute Cerebral Infarction,ACI)患者早期康复中的应用效果.方法 选取我院神经内科病区ACI患者65例,运用PDCA模式进行管理,比较实施前后医护人员ACI早期康复知晓率、患者依从率、满意度及日常生活活动(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)评分.结果 运用PDCA模式后,神经内科医护人员ACI早期康复知晓率由实施前的31.25％提升至81.25％(P＜0.05);患者依从率由实施前的20.00％提高到69.23％(P＜0.05);患者满意度由实施前的49.23％提高到87.69％(P＜0.05);患者ADL评分由实施前的(69.08±12.81)分提高到(88.38±12.72)分(P＜0.05).结论 PDCA管理模式应用于ACI患者早期康复可以提升医护人员早期康复知晓率,提高患者依从率及满意度,改善患者ADL能力,从而提高康复效率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of the plan-do-check-act cycle(PDCA)in the early rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 65 ACI patients from the neurology ward of our hospital were selected and managed using PDCA.The awareness rate of ACI early rehabilitation among the medical staff,patient compliance rate and satisfaction,and activities of daily living(ADL)scores of the patients were compared before and after implementation of PDCA.Results After the application of PDCA,the awareness rate of early rehabilitation of ACI among neurology medical staff increased from 31.25％to 81.25％(P＜0.05),along with a significant increase in the patient compliance rate(20.00％vs 69.23％,P＜0.05),patient satisfaction rate(49.23％vs 87.69％,P＜0.05),and ADL score[(69.08±12.81)vs(88.38±12.72),P＜0.05].Conclusion PDCA can be used in the early rehabilitation of ACI as it can raise the awareness rate of early rehabilitation among medical staff and increase compliance and satisfaction and improve ADL quality among patients.
