摘要
随着光纤通信、数字通信、云计算和5G移动通信等技术的快速发展,全程可视化技术在院前医疗急救领域得到了具体应用和有益实践.通过发挥信息系统支撑作用,院前医疗急救行为相关记录完整率不断提升,既有效缩短了急救反应时间,又使得院前医疗急救服务能力、抢救水平、医疗质量及规避风险等方面得到了明显提高和改善.伴随技术进步,与之相关的运行管理问题也随之而来,这势必涉及对接主体、权限管理、信息安全、干预处理、知情调阅以及法律风险等一系列相关问题,对此就上述问题从需求牵引的角度进行了探讨.
Abstract
The accelerated advancement in technologies including fiber optic communication,digital communication,cloud computing,and 5G mobile communication has led to the deployment of full-process visualization technologies in prehospital care.The information systems have effectively fostered the complete recording of pre-hospital interventions,which shortens the emergency response time and supports the first-aid teams in terms of service capacity,rescue proficiency,medical quality,and risk mitigation.Concurrent with these technological developments,a host of operational management challenges have emerged,involving issues such as inter-agency coordination,authority management,information security,emergency intervention protocols,informed access,and legal liabilities.This article elucidates these challenges from a demand-driven view.
