摘要

目的 探讨构建专科经营助理岗位胜任指标模型,为高质量培养医院运营管理人才提供有效路径.方法 将成熟的胜任力模型理论应用到公立医院专科经营助理岗位,通过工作分析法和专家评价法提炼某三级甲等综合医院精细化管理及专科经营助理岗位的实践特点和能力需求,构建专科经营助理岗位胜任指标模型,采用问卷调查法和统计分析法验证模型的可靠性和有效性.结果 构建了工作技能、关键能力、核心价值、个人素质 4 大维度胜任指标模型,包含 18 个胜任指标.结论 岗位胜任指标模型的构建为医院专科经营助理的选拔和培养提供了科学依据,为医院运营管理人才培养提供思路.

Abstract

Objective To develop a competency index model for the position of specialty management assistant,so as to provide an effective approach for high-quality training of hospital operation and management talents.Methods The mature competency model theory was applied to the specialty management assistant position in a public tertiary general hospital.The practical characteristics and ability requirements of the lean management and the specialty management assistant position in the hospital were summarized using job analysis and expert evaluation.Accordingly,the competency index model of the specialist management assistant position was developed,and the reliability and validity of the model were verified by a questionnaire-based survey and statistical analysis.Results A competency index model was constructed in four dimensions(job skills,key competencies,core values,and personal qualities),including 18 competency indicators.Conclusion The competency index model provides a scientific basis for the selection and training of hospital specialty management assistants and provides insights into the training of hospital operation and management talents as well.
