互联网医院危急值闭环管理系统建设与应用的实践探讨

摘要
目的 构建互联网医院多个平台协同的危急值闭环管理业务流程,实现互联网医院危急值闭环管理,提高互联网医院服务质量.方法 基于互联网医院移动医生端和患者端模块,实现与第三方检查、检验系统协同,构建危急值确认、推送、处理、报告等流程,实现互联网医院危急值由医生、医技科室、管理部门共同参与的三级管理模式.结果 系统自 2021 年 7 月实施上线后,经过 6 个月的运行使用,危急值处理及时率和平均处理时间均有较大改善,并趋于稳定.结论 通过构建互联网医院危急值闭环管理系统,保障了互联网医院患者的医疗安全,运行数据表明互联网医院就诊患者的危急值处理及时率不断提升,平均处理时间逐步下降,从而进一步提升了互联网医院的医疗服务质量.
Abstract
Objective To build a collaborative closed-loop management process for critical values across multiple platforms in Internet hospitals,thus achieving the closed-loop management of critical values and improving the service quality in these hospitals.Methods Based on the"mobile doctors"and"patient"modules of the Internet hospital of our hospital and by collaboration with third-party inspection and examination systems,we developed processes such as critical value confirmation,push,processing,and reporting,realizing a three-level management mode for critical values in the Internet hospital with the participation of doctors,medical technology departments,and management departments.Results After the launch of the new system in July 2021,the timeliness rate and average processing time of critical value handling were significantly improved and stabilized during the first 6 months.Conclusion The closed-loop quality control platform for critical values in the Internet hospital guarantees the safety of patients seeking medical services in the Internet hospital.The rising response timeliness and decreasing processing time further improve the service quality at the Internet hospital.
