玉林市乡村医疗卫生体系高质量发展对策探析

摘要
完善乡村医疗卫生体系建设,是基层医疗卫生机构可持续健康发展的重要保证,是守护乡村振兴"健康线"的重要体现.通过收集卫生健康统计数据、查阅相关文献资料和实地走访调研,了解玉林市乡村医疗卫生体系发展现状,在此基础上采用SWOT分析法系统总结了玉林市乡村医疗卫生体系发展的特有优势和有利契机,剖析了客观存在的劣势和面临的挑战,并基于不同的战略组合选择,有针对性地提出了实施运行机制优化战略、特色化发展战略、医疗服务提升战略、人才振兴战略的对策建议,为进一步提升乡村医疗卫生服务水平,助力乡村振兴提供参考.
Abstract
An improved rural healthcare system is essential for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of grassroots medical institutions in rural areas and maintaining the"health line"during rural revitalization.Based on health statistics,literature review,and field survey,we investigated the rural healthcare system in Yulin City.The Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,and Threats(SWOT)analysis was performed to summarize and analyze the advantages,opportunities and challenges in the rural healthcare system development.Based on different strategic combinations,targeted strategies for optimizing operational mechanisms,promoting featured development,upgrading medical services,and enhancing talent training were proposed,providing reference for the upgrading of rural healthcare system and the rural revitalization.
