县级医院建设标准版胸痛中心的探索与启示

摘要
胸痛中心(chest pain center,CPC)能够缩短救治时间、提高救治效率、改善救治效果,提升急性心肌梗死的救治水平.基于对标准版CPC建设的时代背景与现实意义的认识,郸城县人民医院根据《胸痛中心(标准版)建设与评估标准》,开展标准版CPC建设实践,包括:创新组织架构及管理模式、提升核心技术能力、构建移动的"大急诊"并提升院内外协作能力、建立信息化绿色通道、强化培训教育以提升CPC知晓率,为心肌梗死患者提供了快速有效的救治,同时提升了县域内急性心血管疾病的血管内介入治疗水平.结合医院的探索和实践,为加强县域CPC建设,提升基层医疗机构对心肌梗死患者的救治能力,推动县级医院高质量发展提供启示.
Abstract
Chest pain centers(CPCs)can shorten the treatment time,improve the treatment efficiency,and raise the treatment effectiveness in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).The Criteria for Construction and Evaluation of Chest Pain Center(Standard Version)has been applied in our hospital in historical and practical context.We adopted innovative organizational structure and management models,upgraded the core technical capabilities,built a mobile"big emergency department"for coordinated services inside and outside the hospital,established IT-supported green channels,and strengthen training and education.As a result,the awareness rate of CPCs was increased,the AMI patients were offered with prompt and effective treatment,and the capacity of endovascular intervention treatment for acute cardiovascular diseases was raised in the county.Thus,our practice has provided enlightenment for promoting the construction of CPCs at the county level,improving AMI management in grassroots medical institutions,and accelerating the high-quality development of county-level hospitals.
