基于CNKI数据库的医院廉洁建设研究热点和趋势分析

摘要
目的 分析医院廉洁建设的研究热点和未来趋势,为进一步深化纪检监察工作、助力医院高质量发展提供参考.方法 采用主题检索,以中国知网(CNKI)1990 年—2022 年发表的相关论文为研究对象,使用CiteSpace软件对该领域的研究热点和演变趋势进行可视化分析.结果 共检索并筛选出符合要求的文献 633 篇,医院廉洁建设研究的文献量呈增长趋势;发文量≥4篇的机构有7个;研究的热点主要集中在医德医风建设研究、助力医院管理研究和医院纪检监察工作研究3个方面.未来的研究热点趋向于结合时代背景的医院纪检监察工作高质量发展研究及强化廉洁风险防控管理促进医院高质量发展研究.结论 今后的研究应通过强化学术合作研究、深化前沿问题研究、优化研究队伍建设等,提高研究质量和水平.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and future trends of anti-corruption efforts in hospitals and to provide reference for deepening discipline inspection and supervision and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods Topic search was performed on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database for articles published between 1990 and 2022.The CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the research hotspots and evolution trends in this field.Results A total of 633 qualified articles were retrieved.The number of papers on anti-corruption efforts in hospitals showed an increasing trend.Seven institutions have published 4 or more papers.The research hotspots were mainly focused on three aspects:establishing and promoting medical ethics and medical morality,facilitating hospital management,and conduct of hospital discipline inspection and supervision.The future research tends included research on the high-quality development of hospital discipline inspection and supervision in the new era and research on strengthening the prevention and control of corruption risks to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.Conclusion Future research in this field should aim to improve the quality and level of research by strengthening academic cooperation,conducting in-depth research on edge-cutting issues,and optimizing the construction of research teams.
