基于CiteSpace对我国医院科研档案管理研究的可视化分析

摘要
目的 探讨医院科研档案的研究现状、存在问题、热点及发展趋势,为我国医院科研档案领域的研究提供借鉴与启示.方法 检索中国知网2003年—2023年发表的关于医院科研档案管理的文献,形成文献库.运用CiteSpace 6.0.R.6软件对年度发文量、研究作者以及关键词进行可视化分析,绘制知识图谱.结果 纳入研究的文献共275 篇,2003 年—2016 年发文量呈波动上升趋势,其中在2016年发文数量达到峰值,2017年以后发文数量较2016年有所下降,但总体发文数量稳定,仍保持较高水平.研究热点为对策探讨、信息化、信息共享等方面,但尚未形成核心作者群.结论 医院科研档案管理研究受到广泛关注,今后应进一步改革医院科研档案管理模式,推进医院科研档案管理信息化发展,促进医院科研档案管理成果转化.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo,problems,hotspots,and development trends in research on hospital scientific research archives management in China,providing references and insights for research in this field.Methods Literature on scientific research archives management published from 2003 to 2023 was retrieved at China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace 6.0.R.6 software was used for visual analysis of annual publication volume,authors,and keywords.Results A total of 275 articles were included for the final analysis.The publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend from 2003 to 2016,and peaked in 2016.After 2017,the number of publications decreased compared to 2016,but remained stable at a high level.Research hotspots included developmental strategies,informatization,and information sharing.However,core author groups had not yet formed.Conclusion The hospital scientific research archives management has received extensive attention.Reform on the management model will further promote the informatization of hospital scientific research archives management and facilitate the transformation of research achievements.
