摘要
目的 调查研究社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的影响因素,探讨促进社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的路径.方法 采取方便抽样的方式,自制调查问卷,在贵阳市下辖的南明区、云岩区、花溪区和观山湖区开展调查,收集社区居民互联网医疗服务使用情况的相关数据,运用SPSS 26.0进行描述统计分析、卡方检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析.结果 被调查社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为均分为2.36(满分5分),使用频率偏低;性别、互联网医疗服务了解程度、互联网医药服务使用行为、互联网医保服务使用行为、隐私泄露风险感知、质量安全风险感知、健康损害风险感知、医疗纠纷风险感知对社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的影响具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 开发定制化的健康管理服务,提高互联网医疗服务质量和用户满意度;加大互联网医疗服务宣传与引导,提高社区居民互联网医疗服务知晓率;加快互联网医疗服务与互联网医保、互联网医药对接,健全"互联网+医疗健康"服务体系;加强互联网医疗服务监督管理,降低社区居民互联网医疗服务使用风险.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the determinants of community residents'engagement with Internet-based medical services and promote the use of such services among these residents.Methods Using convenience sampling method,a self-developed questionnaire was employed to survey residents in the Nanming,Yunyan,Huaxi,and Guanshanhu districts of Guiyang City,capturing data on their utilization of Internet-based medical services.The captured data were subjected to descriptive analysis,chi-square tests,one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 software package.Results The mean score for community residents'utilization of Internet-based medical services was 2.36 on a 5-point scale,indicating a relatively low frequency of use.Several factors had a significant influence on residents'engagement with Internet medical services,including gender,awareness of Internet medical services,frequency of Internet medical service use,usage of Internet medical insurance services,and perceptions of the ricks of privacy leakage,quality and safety issues,health damage,and medical disputes(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Solutions were proposed,including designing personalized health management services to enhance the quality and user satisfaction of Internet medical services;intensifying education and instruction of community residents about Internet medical services to raise their awareness;expediting integration of Internet medical services with Internet medical insurance and Internet pharmaceutical services to refine the"Internet+medical health"service system;and strengthening stringent supervision and management of Internet medical services to mitigate the risks associated with their use by community residents.
