互联网+护理延伸精准随访管理提高耐药肺结核患者疗效的探讨

摘要
目的 探讨互联网+护理延伸精准随访管理对耐药肺结核患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2020年1月1日至2021年12月31日间新疆阿克苏地区传染病医院确诊的140例多耐药肺结核患者,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组70例.对照组进行常规电话随访;观察组采用电话+结核病精准防治管理服务平台、入户随访、一对一咨询等方式进行精准随访.比较两组患者治疗效果、规则服药比例、失访率、满意度.结果 经过2年的治疗与随访,观察组治疗成功率为74.3％,对照组为61.4％,观察组好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组规则服药率为97.1％,对照组为88.6％,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);比较两组失访率,观察组(5.7％)低于对照组(20.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);患者对护理工作的满意度从92.8％上升至100％.结论 互联网+护理延伸精准随访管理有利于提高耐药肺结核患者的治疗效果和规则服药等遵医行为,降低失访率,提升满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Internet plus nursing continuity precision follow-up management(NCPFM)on the treatment efficacy of drug-resistant tuberculosis(DR-TB).Methods A total of 140 DR-TB patients were selected from the Aksu Prefecture,Xinjiang,from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine telephone follow-up;in the observation group,telephone plus a precision management service platform for tuberculosis,home visits,one-on-one consultations,and other methods for precision follow-up were applied.The treatment efficacy,proportion of regular medication,loss to follow-up rates,and patient satisfaction were compared between these two groups.Results After 2 years of treatment and follow-up,the observation group had significantly higher treatment success rate(74.3％vs.61.4％,P＜0.05),higher proportion of regular medication(97.1％vs.88.6％,P＜0.05),and lower rate of loss to follow-up(5.7％vs.20.0％,P＜0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing increased from 92.6％to 100％.Conclusion Internet plus NCPFM can improve the treatment efficacy and medication compliance in DR-TB patients,lower the loss to follow-up rate,and enhance patient satisfaction.
