摘要

人才是中医药发展的第一资源.要加快推进中医药人才工作,重视中医药传承创新发展,就要重视对中医药青年人才的培养.结合福建省某县级三级甲等中医院实际情况,通过分析医院青年人才培养情况及存在问题,探索实施引进中医药专业技术人员、发展中医药师承教育、培养中西医结合人才等举措来推进县级中医院青年人才培养工作,并提出完善薪酬分配激励制度、在人才培养中融入医院文化、提高中医药青年人才科研能力等建议,以促进县级中医院人力资源管理现代化建设,探索中医院青年人才培养的有效新方法.

Abstract

Talent is the top resource for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).To foster progress in TCM and safeguard its legacy,it is essential to focus on the training of young TCM talents.By examining the training of young TCM talents and its challenges at a county-level tertiary hospital in Fujian Province,the authors elucidate strategies such as recruiting TCM professionals,enhancing TCM faculty training,and fostering integrated Chinese-Western medicine expertise to promote the training of young TCM talents at such hospitals.Meanwhile,it is important to refine the salary incentive system,integrate hospital culture into training,and enhance young TCM talents'research capabilities,which may help advance the modernization of human resource management at county-level TCM hospitals and develop new talent development approaches.
