摘要
随着中国医疗卫生事业的快速发展,公立医院党的领导地位日益凸显并发挥强大的政治引领和组织保障作用.以浙江大学医学院附属第四医院为案例,将其党建引领社会责任履行的现状和问题作为切入口,重点探讨了党建工作中的创新举措及其实施成效,进而对党建引领公立医院履行社会责任优化路径提出对策和建议,以期为党建引领公立医院履行社会责任提供可借鉴的经验.
Abstract
The Communist Party of China's leadership in public hospitals is vital for healthcare industry development by providing political guidance and organizational safeguards.This article uses the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example to examine the role of Party building in fulfilling social responsibility,starting with its current situation and challenges.The article delves into innovative strategies for Party building in the hospital,assessing their effectiveness,and offers corrective measures and advice to enhance the Party's leadership in promoting the hospital's social responsibilities.
