Objective To develop an warning education case bank for improving Party conduct and clean government in public hospitals and explore its application pathway.Methods Based on the common corruption phenomena in medical institutions,we initially conducted a questionnaire-based survey on hospital staff's needs for warning education.Subsequently,a warning education case bank for Party conduct and clean government was constructed by collecting and screening medical criminal and discipline cases published on the websites of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission,setting up basic information labels,establishing sub-library labels,and developing a comprehensive case database.Results The case bank not only encompassed detailed basic information and classification labels but also enhances its functionality through the utilization of information technology,thereby improving the vividness and effectiveness of warning education.This case bank offered practical implementation pathways and exhibited broad application prospects in various aspects,including education and training,system construction,supervision and discipline,and cultural development.Conclusion By continually refining the setup and functionality of the case bank,this study provides a theoretical and practical tool for the construction of Party conduct and clean government in public hospitals and supports anti-corruption efforts,ultimately contributing to the high-quality development of public hospitals.
