Utilizing the cultural construction of a hospital in Anhui Province as an example,this article examines the significance and practice of culture construction in public hospitals in advancing the high-quality development of medical institutions.The hospital upholds the principles of Party guidance and leadership,maintains a patient-centered approach to serving the public welfare,prioritizes the mental and physical well-being of staff while protecting their legitimate rights and interests,and persists in cultivating the hospital culture,thereby establishing a distinctive hospital cultural brand.The hospital's leadership has consistently embraced the philosophy of"promoting virtue through culture,"ensuring the continuity of this vision and is resolute in crafting a unique hospital cultural essence.This has culminated in the formation of a core ethos characterized by"entrepreneurship,innovation,excellence,and rigorousness."The leadership has encapsulated the hospital's mission as"establishing a hospital for the public and managing a hospital for the people,"and in alignment with the contemporary context of public hospitals,has proffered the motto"three loves and three responsibilities"as the guiding principle for the institution.This article elucidates the beneficial impacts and positive outcomes of constructing hospital culture on advancing the high-quality development of the public hospitals.
