摘要

目的 探索在推进公立医院高质量发展背景下三级甲等妇幼保健院未来发展策略.方法 以厦门市妇幼保健院为例,通过运用SWOT分析法,对医院发展过程中所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行深入研究,结合实际提出建议.结果 分析后认为医院具有雄厚的临床实力、充沛的人才储备、广阔的学科平台、较强的社会影响力及医疗资源扩容等优势;但也存在医院体制僵化、管理能力弱、服务水平低、学科建设有短板、属于非区域医疗服务中心等劣势;机遇主要来自国家政策加持、健康意识提升、市场潜力大、数据健康战略推进等;挑战主要是低生育率冲击、行业间激烈的竞争、医疗改革的推进及患者需求个性化等影响.结论 妇幼保健院要充分认识内部条件,了解外部环境,明确定位,勇于创新,拓展医院发展新路径,探索医院高质量发展最优管理框架和发展路径.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the future development strategies of a tertiary maternal and child health care hospital in the context of high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of Xiamen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital were analyzed by using the SWOT approach,and tailored recommendations were proposed.Results The hospital possesses several pronounced strengths,including robust clinical capabilities,a substantial talent pool,a comprehensive disciplinary platform,significant societal impact,and the expansion of medical resources.Nevertheless,the hospital is confronted with a number of challenges,including an inflexible institutional framework,limited management proficiency,suboptimal service levels,and deficiencies in disciplinary construction;in addition,it is not a central medical institution in the region.The opportunities of the hospital are primarily derived from the endorsement of national policies,the increasing public health awareness,the vast market potential,and the advancement of data-driven health strategies.The primary challenges encompass the declining fertility rates,the intense inter-industry competition,the advancement of healthcare reform initiatives,and the increasing customization of patient needs.Conclusion The Xiamen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital should have a solid understanding of its internal circumstances,external environment,and strategic position and proactively seek novel developmental trajectories,thus identifying the optimal management architecture and developmental pathway conducive to the high-quality development of the hospital.
