摘要

目的 提高门诊药房智能发药机直发窗口的配药比率,以提高智能发药机的工作效率.方法 组建品管圈,通过回顾性数据分析及现况调查,利用80/20法则和鱼骨图,从人员、机器设备、药品、法律法规和环境5个方面分析直发窗口配药比率低的原因,制定相应解决对策,通过对策的实施与检讨,比较品管圈活动实施前后直发窗口配药比率的变化.结果 智能发药机直发窗口的配药比率由实施前的 34.60%提高到实施后的 40.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),进步率为 17.49%,达标率为 104.13%.结论 门诊药房通过开展品管圈活动,提高了智能发药机直发窗口配药比率,从而使智能发药机的工作效率得到提高.

Abstract

Objective To increase the proportion of drug dispensing via the direct delivery window of an intelligent dispensing machine in the outpatient pharmacy to improve the efficiency of the intelligent dispenser.Methods A Quality Control Circle(QCC)was formed.Based on the results of retrospective data analysis and current application survey,the reasons for the low dispensing rate in the direct delivery window were identified in five aspects:staff,equipment,drugs,laws and regulations,and environment using the Pareto principle and fish-bone diagrams.Countermeasures were developed and implemented,and the changes in the proportion of drugs dispensed via the direct delivery window were compared.Results The proportion of drugs dispensed via the direct delivery window significantly increased from 34.60%before the QCC activities to 40.65%after the QCC activities(P<0.01),yielding an improvement rate of 17.49%and a target achievement rate of 104.13%.Conclusion The implementation of the QCC in the outpatient pharmacy can increase the proportion of drugs dispensed via the direct delivery window,thus raising the efficiency of the intelligent dispensing machine.
