Determination of Wilforlide A in Tripterygium Tablets by HPLC
Objective: To establish a method for determination of wilforlide A in tripterygium tablets by HPLC. Method: Samples were extracted with methanol,the HPLC analysis was performed nn a Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase was 0. 02 mol·L-1 monobasic potassium phosphate - acetonitrile (32-68) wilh a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was 210nm and the analysis was operated at room temperature. Result: The linear range of wilforlide A was 18. 0- 90. 0 μg ·ml-1(r-0. 9997), and the average recovery was 102.61% with RSD of 0. 83% (n= 6). Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and suitable for the quality control of tripterygium tahlets.
