摘要
目的:研究植物毛冬青(Ilex Pubescens Hook.et Arm)根的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20 等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和渡谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.结果:从毛冬青根中分离鉴定了4个化合物和1个混合物:冬青素B-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(1)、齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(2)、长梗冬青苷(3)、泰国树脂酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯和冬青素B-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的混合物(4),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5).结论:化合物2~5 为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Ilex Pubescens Hook. et Arm. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel, Rp C18 and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the obtained compounds were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Result: Four compounds and one mixture were purified and their structures were identified as: ilexgenin B 3-O-β-D-xylpyranoside ( 1 ) , calenduloside E ( 2 ) , peduncloside ( 3 ),a mixture of siaresinolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester and ilexgenin B 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5). Conclusion: Compounds 2-5 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
