Influence of Supplemented Shengmaiyin Injection on Contents of TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-κB in Lung Tissue of Endotoxic Shock Rats
Objective; To investigate the effects of supplemented Shenmaiyin injection on the expression of TNF-a, IL-1β and NF-kB in lung tissue of endotoxic shock rats. Method: Rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, supplemented Shenmaiyin group and positive control group. Endotoxic shock rat model was established by intravenous injection lipopolysaccharide (LPS,8.00 mg· Kg-1). TNF-α,IL-1β and NF-kB of the four groups were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay. Result; Lung injury of the model group was severe with increased expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-kB (P<0. 05) , while that of supplemented Shenmaiyin group and positive control group was slight with decreased expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-kB (P <0. 05). Conclusion; Supplemented Shenmaiyin injection can alleviate the lung injury and reduce the expressions of TNF-α, IL-1β and NF-kB. The protection of supplemented Shenmaiyin injection to endotoxin shock lung injury may be reached by regulating and controlling excessive activation of NF-κB pathway.
