格列吡嗪控释片治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性

摘要
目的:探讨格列吡嗪控释片在老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中应用的有效性和安全性.方法:老年T2DM患者160例随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例,治疗组采用采用格列吡嗪控释片治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2 h血糖(F2BG),以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)等指标变化.结果:治疗后,两组患者FBG、F2BG、TG、TC、LDL等指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组下降趋势明显大于对照组(P<0.05).结论:相对于二甲双胍,格列吡嗪控释片能有效降低老年T2DM患者血糖与血脂含量,安全性好,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of glipizide controlled-release tablets in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Method: Totally 160 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was with the glipizide controlled-release tablets treatment, and the control group was with the metfonnin treatment. Result: After the treatment, FBG, F2BG, TG, TC and LDL indicators of the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before the treatment ( P < 0. 05 ), and the treatment group showed more obvious decrease in those indicators than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Compared with metfonnin, glipizide controlled-release tablets can reduce blood sugar and lipid levels more safely and effectively in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, suggesting wide application in clinics.
