目的:建立咽痒咳合剂中有效成分盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB- C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调至pH2.5)-三乙胺(5:95:0.15),流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:208 nm.结果:盐酸麻黄碱在9.0~56.3 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 6)、盐酸伪麻黄碱在6.9~42.9 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 6)的浓度范围内均线性关系良好,回收率均在95%~105%之间,RSD均小于2%.结论:本方法操作简便、重复性好,可有效检测其含量.
Determination of Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine in Yanyangke Mixtures by HPLC
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Yanyangke mixtures by HPLC. Method: The quantitative analysis was earned out on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18( 250 mm x4. 6 mm,5 μm )col-umn using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 01 mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( adjusting pH to 2.5 with phosphoric acid )-triethylamine( 5: 95 :0. 15 ) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 208 ran. Result: The linear range of ephedrine was 9. 0-56. 3μg · ml -1( r =0. 999 6 ) and that of pseudoephedrine was 6. 9-42. 9μg · ml ( r =0. 999 6 ). Both the recoveries were between 95% and 105%( RSD <2% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and specific.
