Construction and implementation of the 3M2S management model of drug dispensing department in Grade A Class-Three hospital
Objective Based on the total quality management method,to explore a new management model of drug dispensing department in Grade A Class-Three hospital,and improve the working efficiency and service ability of pharmacy.Mtethods Taking the outpatient and emergency pharmacy of Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine as an example,the relevant data and information were collected from the drug dispensing department,hospital information department and big data center,and the five core management methods of 3M2S were adopted to analyze and improve personnel,equipment,drugs,system and culture,respectively.Results With the five core management methods of 3M2S,the overall transformation of the drug dispensing department was carried out,and a more comprehensive evaluation system for pharmacists and auxiliary staff was built,which could strengthen the pharmacy automation equipment management in a more scientific way,and was stipulated that drugs should be managed at different levels according to different types.The dispensing department is standardized with a more perfect management system,and the department culture is more humanized and in line with its own development characteristics,so as to achieve an overall improvement in management quality.Conclusion The dispensing department in Grade A Class-Three hospital can realize the comprehensive improvement of work efficiency and quality through the 3M2S method,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of hospital pharmacy.
