酒自古有"百药之长"之称,本综述全面介绍了酒的起源、发展以及酒在中医药中的应用情况,总结出酒的发展历程及酒可用于中药炮制、制作酒剂、作为药引送服中药、作为溶剂煎煮中药等方面,明确了中医药用酒以黄酒(米酒)为主,并对黄酒的现代研究进行归纳总结,以期对酒的现代应用和发展提供依据.
Development and application of wine in traditional Chinese medicine
Since ancient times,wine has been known as the"king of a hundred medicines".This study comprehensively introduced the origin and development of wine and its application in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),summarized the development process of wine and its applications in TCM processing,making wine preparation,guiding and administering Chinese medicine as medicine enhancer,and decocting Chinese medicine as solvent,which also defined that the wine used in TCM was mainly yellow rice wine(rice wine).In addition,the modern research of rice wine was summarized in order to provide the basis for the modern application and development of wine.
