白藜芦醇药理学作用及其衍生物改善光性皮肤病的研究进展

白藜芦醇(Res)是存在于天然植物中的多酚类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、神经保护、调节脂代谢和改善心血管疾病等多种药理活性。近年来关于天然产物和活性单体对皮肤疾病的改善和治疗研究日益增多,Res对皮肤病的良好治疗表现受到广泛关注。研究表明,针对紫外光造成的光性皮肤病,Res治疗效果良好,这与p38/促分裂原活化的蛋白质激酶(MAPK)/基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、核因子κB(NF-κB)/肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、p53/AMP活化的蛋白质激酶(AMPK)、核转录因子红系2相关因子2(Nrf2)等信号通路密切相关。本文以紫外线保护为前提,通过对Res及其衍生物在抗炎症、抗氧化、调节细胞自噬、延缓光致色素沉积、调节皮肤细胞免疫、改善光致皮肤癌症和抑制皮肤有害菌等方面进行综述,以期为Res在光性皮肤病方面的进一步研究提供参考。
Research progress of pharmacological effects of resveratrol and its derivatives on photodermatoses
Resveratrol (Res),a polyphenolic compound found in natural plants,has various pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticancer,neuroprotective effects,regulation of lipid metabolism,and improvement of cardiovascular diseases. In recent years,research on the improvement and treatment of skin diseases by natural products and active ingredients has been increasing,and the excellent therapeutic performance of Res in skin diseases has received widespread attention. Studies have shown that Res has good therapeutic effects on photodermatoses caused by ultraviolet light,and this is closely related to signaling pathways such as p38/MAPK/MMP,NF-κB/TNF-α,p53/AMPK,and Nrf2. This paper reviews the effects of Res and its derivatives on anti-inflammation,antioxidation,regulation of autophagy,delaying photoageing,regulation of skin cell immunity,improvement of photoaged skin cancer,and inhibition of skin pathogens,with the premise of ultraviolet protection. It is expected to provide reference for further research on the effects of Res on photodermatoses.
