CTLA-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphisms associate with cervical cancer susceptibility in Asians:A meta-analysis

目的 用Meta分析的方法对现有关于细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性的研究进行分析,以探索两者的关联性.方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及维普数据库截至2023年5月之前发表的所有关于CTLA-4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性的研究,关联度强度用比值比(OR)和95%置信区间(CI)来评估.结果 最终纳入10篇相关研究.对于+49A/G,等位基因模型显示,和A等位基因相比,携带G等位基因降低了亚洲人群宫颈癌的发病风险(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.88~0.96).亚组分析发现,同样的效应见于中国人群,包括等位基因模型(OR=0.93,95%CI:0.88~0.97)、纯合比较模型(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.53~0.85)和隐性比较模型(OR=0.75,95%CI:0.61~0.92),见于印度人群的等位基因模型(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.75~0.99).对于CT60G/A,等位基因模型(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.13~1.27)、纯合比较模型(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.26~1.59)、显性比较模型(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.21~1.47)和隐性比较模型(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.09~1.31)显示均与亚洲人群宫颈癌的遗传易感性相关.结论 CTLA-4基因多态性(+49A/G、CT60G/A)可能与亚洲人群宫颈癌易感性有关.
Objective We conducted a meta-analysis to explore the relationship between cytotoxic T lymphocyte an-tigen-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphism and cervical cancer in Asian.Methods Studies on the association between cy-totoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4+49A/G and CT60G/A polymorphism and the risk of cervical cancer in Asian population pub-lished before May,2023 were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China Knowledge Network,Wanfang and VIP Database.The correlation was evaluated by OR and 95%confidence interval(CI).Results In total 10 articles met the inclusion criteria.In the allele model,compared with carrying A allele,carrying G allele decreased the risk of cervical cancer in Asian population(OR=0.92,95%CI:0.88-0.96).Subgroup analysis showed that the same effect was found in Chinese,including allele model(OR=0.93,95%CI:0.88-0.97),homozygous model(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.53-0.85)and recessive model(OR=0.75,95%CI:0.61-0.92).Meanwhile the allele model(OR=0.86,95%CI:0.75-0.99)in Indian.For CT60G/A,there was significant association between CTLA-4 polymorphism and susceptibility to cervical cancer under the allele model(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.13-1.27),homozygous model(OR=1.42,95%CI:1.26-1.59),dominant model(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.21-1.47)and recessive model(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.09-1.31).Conclusion CTLA-4 polymor-phism(+49A/G、CT60G/A)is associated with cervical cancer in Asians.
