医学遗传学过程性考核成绩与期末考试成绩的关系分析
The relationship between results of process assessment and scores of final examination in medical genetics

摘要
医学遗传学的终结性评价包括过程性考核和期末考试,过程性考核的实施有助于及时掌握学生的学习情况、进行针对性的课后辅导,进而提高医学遗传学的课堂授课质量.作为考试课程,医学遗传学过程性考核成绩与期末考试成绩分别占比30%与70%.其中,过程性考核包括理论研讨与期中考试,二者分别占比15%.该文介绍了医学遗传学课程考试的基本方式与实施策略,重点探讨了理论研讨、期中考试和期末考试的成绩分布,并对3者的关系进行了分析.统计发现,与理论研讨表现较差的学生相比,理论研讨表现较好的学生在期末考试中取得了更好的成绩(P<0.05);期中考试成绩高分组期末考试成绩显著高于期中考试成绩低分组期末考试成绩(P<0.05).可见,学习是一个循序渐进的过程,注重平时学习的学生知识掌握情况相对更好.因此,过程性考核应当贯穿于教学全过程,这样不仅有助于及时了解学生的学习情况,还促进了师生交流,有利于教学质量的提高.
Abstract
Academic performance of medical genetics is based on results of process assessment and scores of final examination.The implementation of process assessment is helpful to timely acquire students'learning,targetedly conduct after-class tutoring,and further improve class quality of medical genetics.As an examination course,the grades of process assessment and the scores of final examination in medical genetics possess 30%and 70%respectively.Moreover,process assessment includes theoretical discussion and midterm,possessing 15%respectively.This paper introduces basic approach and implementation strategy of examination in medical genetics.Importantly,it focuses on score distribution of theoretical discussion,mid-term examination and final examination,and analyzes the relationship among them.Statistically,it was found that compared with students who performed poorly in theoretical research,students who performed better in theoretical re-search achieved better results in the final examination(P<0.05).Midterm results in high-score group are also higher in final examination than those in low-score group(P<0.05).Learning is a gradual process,and students who pay attention to daily learning are relatively better at mastering knowledge.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct process assessment which not only helps to timely understand the situation of students'learning,but also promotes the communication between teachers and stu-dents.At last,it is useful to improve teaching quality.
