Neonatal resuscitation training is an important way to improve resuscitation skills and reduce the morbid-ity and mortality of neonatal asphyxia. This study combined with the questionnaire before the training to design a simulated teaching program for neonatal resuscitation. The results showed that 88.71%of the institutions regularly organized neonatal resuscitation training,59.68%of the doctors and nurses were proficient in the process of neonatal resuscitation. The most important factor affecting the level of proficiency in resuscitation was the lack of professional guidance and the lack of prac-tical opportunities.69.35%of the students had taken part in the simulated training of neonatal resuscitation. The simulated teaching can simulate the real clinical environment, let the students be in the real situation and improve the students'ability to deal with and solve problems.
