三孩新政下海南省在校大学生生育意愿调查研究

摘要
目的 了解三孩新政下海南省在校大学生生育意愿并分析其相关影响因素,为相关部门制定更为完善的生育政策提供依据.方法 于2022年10月至2023年1月,采用便利抽样方法选取海南大学、海南医学院、海南师范大学、海南科技职业大学四所海南地区代表性高校的330名在校大学生作为研究对象.采用一般资料调查表和生育意愿问卷进行调查.结果 大学生未来理想子女数为1个、2个、3个或者以上的占比分别为28.78％、66.67％、4.55％.多数大学生认为生育最佳间隔时间为"1～3年",占比44.01％."全面三孩"政策出来后,大部分大学生表示对其未来生育意愿的影响暂时没有考虑,不想要三孩的主要原因是"经济原因".结论 要提高大学生生育三孩的意愿,以及促进生育政策的有效实施,需要提供高质量、多层次、多元化的生育配套政策,国家与社会从经济和社会福利发展方面给予更多的帮助与支持.
Abstract
Objective To understand the fertility intention of college students in Hainan Province under the new three-child policy and analyze its related influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for relevant departments to develop more perfect fertility policies.Methods From October 2022 to January 2023,a total of 330 college students from four representative universities in Hainan were selected using a by convenience sampling method.The survey was conducted utilizing the General Information Questionnaire and the Fertility Intention Questionnaire.Results The ideal number of future children of college students is 1,2,3 or more,accounting for 28.78％,66.67％and 4.55％,respectively.Most college students believe that the best interval between childbirth is"1-3 years",accounting for 44.01％.Regarding the impact of the new three-child policy on their fertility intentions,most college students stated that they had not considered it at the moment.The main reason for not wanting three children was economic concerns.Conclusion In order to improve the willingness of college students to have three chil-dren and promote the effective implementation of the birth policy,it is necessary to provide high-quality,multi-level and di-versified birth support policies.The government and society should provide more assistance and support through the devel-opment of economic and social welfare program.
