"新医科"背景下的医学遗传学课程教学改革与探索

以人工智能、基因编辑为代表的科学技术飞速发展,带来医疗方式和医疗行为的巨大变革."新医科"是适应当前科技产业革命和教学模式发展下的对医学教育体系和理念的重塑.在其引领下,针对医学遗传学授课内容陈旧、教学理念滞后、考核方式单一等问题,不断进行教学改革与探索,提出了针对性的解决方案.基于学科交叉的"医学遗传学+X"教学内容重构,培养综合运用知识解决复杂问题的能力;加强网络平台建设拓展学科深度和广度,提升科研技能和思维;通过教学形式的多样化,考核方式的多维度,激发学生学习热情,注重专业能力和素质培养.一系列的教学改革与探索,旨在提升教学质量,培养适应于现代信息科技条件下的能够为国家需求服务的创新型医学人才.
Great changes have been brought in medical model and behaviors due to the rapid development of science and technology,especially artificial intelligence and gene editing."New medical science"reshaped the medical educational system and concepts which adapts to the current technological industry revolution and the development of teaching models.We have continuously made attempts on teaching reforms and innovations regarding the outdated contents and teaching con-cepts,single assessment in medical genetics course.We proposed clear solutions including reconstruction of teaching content based on interdisciplinarity of the"medical genetics+X",the construction of online teaching platforms,adoption of diversi-fied teaching forms and multidimensional assessment.The goal of a series of teaching reforms and explorations is to improve the teaching quality and cultivate creative talents who meet the needs of national and social demands under the modern science and technology conditions.
