Research progress of the role of neutrophil extracellular traps in antiphospholipid syndrome
Antiphospholipid syndrome(APS),a systemic autoimmune disease,is principally characterized by thrombosis and obstetric complications.Recently,increasing evidence shows that neutrophils,especially neutrophil extracel-lular traps(NETs)play a crucial role in pathological process of APS.In order to help understand the pathogenesis of APS,this article makes a literature review for the role of NETs in APS,thus helps to institute more effective and personalized heal pro-ject.
