摘要

在全球范围内,子痫前期是一种严重且独特的妊娠期并发症,是导致孕产妇患病率及围生儿病死率显著升高的主要原因之一.硒是一种必需微量营养元素,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶是一种含硒蛋白酶,硒通过硒蛋白在人类和动物机体生长发育及代谢中发挥其抗氧化应激等生物学功能.越来越多的研究表明,孕期硒营养状态与子痫前期的发生发展密切相关.本综述将总结国内外近年来有关孕期硒营养水平、氧化应激在子痫前期发生发展中的作用,旨在对子痫前期预防及诊治提供一点思路和借鉴.

Abstract

Globally,preeclampsia is a serious and unique complication of pregnancy that is one of the major causes of significantly increased maternal morbidity and perinatal mortality.Selenium is an essential micronutrient,and glutathione peroxidase is a protease containing selenium.Selenium plays its anti-oxidative stress and other biological functions in the growth,development and metabolism of human and animal bodies through selenium protein.More and more studies have shown that selenium nutritional status during pregnancy is closely related to the occurrence and development of preeclampsia.This review will summarize the role of selenium nutrition level and oxidative stress in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to provide some ideas and references for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of preeclampsia.
