Objective To explore the application of"CBL-PBL-Seminar"mixed model teaching in pediatric clinical practice teaching.Methods 50 students from July 2022 to June 2023 of Shandong First Medical University in 2018 were se-lected as the experimental group with"CBL-PBL-Seminar"in the practice teaching,and 47 students from July 2021 to June 2022 of Shandong First Medical University in 2017 were selected as the for the control group with traditional teaching method.At the end of the internship,both groups were assessed for their theoretical and clinical comprehensive ability through the Mini-Cex assessment+OSCE examination,and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey were improved.Results The theoretical scores,OSCE assessment scores,Mini-Cex assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The"CBL-PBL-Seminar"mixed mode teaching is obviously better than the traditional teaching method,which can improve the clinical practice ability of pediatric interns and obtain the recognition of pediatric interns.
