摘要
植物多酚(plant polyphenols)作为植物化学物的一种,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、抗菌等药理特性.研究发现,人体内的激素水平和炎症水平等对维持妊娠有重要影响,而植物多酚具有清除自由基、减少氧化应激和降低炎症水平的作用,这是降低不良妊娠结局风险的关键.目前关于植物多酚对妊娠的保护作用还没有系统的阐述和总结,因此本文简述了以槲皮素(quercetin)、白藜芦醇(resveratrol)、原花青素(proanthocyanins,PA)、姜黄素(curcumin)等为代表的多种植物多酚的食物来源和营养机制及作用于维持妊娠的研究进展及作用机制,以期为探讨植物多酚对妊娠的作用机制和临床转化研究提供科学依据.
Abstract
Plant polyphenols,as a type of phytochemicals,possess pharmacological properties such as antioxidative,anti-inflammatory,anticancer,and antibacterial effects.Studies have revealed that hormone levels and inflammatory markers in the human body play crucial roles in maintaining pregnancy.Plant polyphenols exhibit the ability to scavenge free radicals,reduce oxidative stress,and lower inflammatory markers.These mechanisms are pivotal in mitigating the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Currently,there is a lack of comprehensive elucidation and summarization regarding the protective ef-fects of plant polyphenols on pregnancy.Therefore,this paper provides a concise description of the dietary sources and nutri-tional mechanisms associated with various plant polyphenols including quercetin,resveratrol,proanthocyanins,and curcumin.Additionally,it explores recent research progress and underlying mechanisms involved in maintaining pregnancy with an aim to establish a scientific foundation for investigating the mechanism of action and clinical application of plant polyphenols during pregnancy.
