The relationship between ST-T segment changes and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with late onset severe preeclampsia
Objective Explore the relationship between ST-T segment changes and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with late onset severe preeclampsia. Methods Select 100 LOSP patients who were hospitalized and delivered in the obstetrics department of Tongji University Affiliated First Maternity and Infant Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 as an observation group, and select 100 healthy pregnant women in the same period as the control group.Compare the clinical data and distribution of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups of patients.Exploring the correlation between ST-T segment changes in electrocardiogram and adverse pregnancy outcomes in LOSP patients.Plot the probability curve of ST-T segment changes and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Analyzing the risk factors leading to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Results There were significant differences in age, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),history of preeclampsia, pre preg-nancy overweight and obesity, history of hypertension, blurred vision,long-term use of folic acid, proteinuria index detection, recent emotional status, and ST-T segment changes between the two groups. All adverse pregnancy outcomes of the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of the control group. There is a positive correlation between ST-T segment changes and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in LOSP patients, and different ST-T segment changes have correspond-ing probabilities of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Age,history of preeclampsia, pre pregnancy overweight and obesity, history of hypertension, blurred vision,long-term use of folic acid, proteinuria index testing, recent emotional status,ST-T segment changes are all independent influencing factors that affect the adverse pregnancy outcomes of LOSP patients, and the differ-ences in path coefficients are statistically significant. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between ST-T segment changes and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in LOSP patients.ST-T segment changes can increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes in LOSP patients, and different ST-T segment changes have corresponding probabilities of adverse preg-nancy outcomes. In clinical treatment, attention should be paid to the changes in the ST-T segment of the electrocardiogram in patients with LOSP,in order to adjust the treatment plan as soon as possible and avoid the occurrence of adverse pregnancy events.
