目的 通过检索Web of Science数据库对癌症患者生育决策研究热点进行可视化分析,以期为乳腺癌患者做出合理的生育决策提供参考.方法 检索Web of Science核心集数据库建库至2023年12月20日有关癌症患者生育决策的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件从作者、国家、发文量、关键词等方面进行分析.结果 共纳入400篇文献.研究结果显示,近20年国外总体发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势.最多产的学者是Quinn(10篇),美国是发文量最多的国家.高频关键词包括生育力保护、女性、乳腺癌、决策等.结论 癌症生育决策的研究已受到越来越多的关注,并形成了多个研究热点,我国护理研究者应对生育决策问题给予足够的重视,并展开深入探讨,加大对癌症患者的支持.
Visualization analysis of cancer patients'fertility decision-making research hotspots based on CiteSpace
Objective In order to help cancer patients make informed fertility decisions,this stidy conducts a visual analysis of the research hotspots related to cancer patients'fertility decision-making by analyzing the Web of Science database.Methods This paper retrieved the relevant literature on fertility decision-making of cancer patients from the establishment of the core collection database of Web of Science to December 20,2023,and used CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to analyze the au-thors,countries,number of publications,keywords and other aspects.Results A total of 400 articles were included.The re-search results show that the overall number of foreign papers has been increasing year by year in recent 20 years.The most prolific scholar is Quinn(10 articles),and the United States is the country with the largest number of articles.High-frequency keywords include fertility protection,women,breast cancer,decision-making and so on.Conclusion More and more attention has been paid to the study of cancer fertility decision-making,and has formed a number of research hotspots.Nursing re-searchers in China should pay enough attention to fertility decision-making,and carry out in-depth discussions to increase support for cancer patients.
