摘要
目的 了解2014-2022年宝鸡地区7岁以下儿童保健和健康情况,为今后儿童健康管理提供理论依据.方法 基于全国妇幼卫生年报系统收集2014-2022年宝鸡地区7岁以下儿童保健相关数据,分析其儿童保健和健康情况变化趋势.结果 2014-2022年宝鸡地区6个月内纯母乳喂养率、新生儿访视率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率、7岁以下儿童健康管理率、5岁以下儿童超重率及肥胖率总体均呈上升趋势(均P＜0.001).5岁以下儿童的生长迟缓率、低体质量率及中重度贫血患病率总体均呈下降趋势(均P＜0.001).结论 宝鸡地区儿童健康状况有所改善,儿童保健服务指标总体呈上升趋势,但儿童超重率和肥胖率总体呈上升趋势,提示需持续提升儿童保健服务质量,同时应关注营养均衡,控制儿童超重和肥胖的上升趋势.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the health care and health status of children under 7 years old in Baoji area from 2014 to 2022,and to provide theoretical Basis for children's health management in the future.Methods Based on the National Maternal and Child Health Annual Report system,relevant data on the health care of children under 7 years old in Baoji area from 2014 to 2022 were collected,and the adoption rate was statistically described,and the change trend of children's health care and health situation was analyzed.Results From 2014 to 2022,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding within 6 months,newborn visit rate,systematic management rate of children under 3 years old,health management rate of children under 7 years old,overweight rate of children under 5 years old,and obesity rate of children under 5 years old showed an overall in-creasing trend in Baoji area(all P＜0.001).The growth retardation rate of children under 5 years old,the low body weight rate of children under 5 years old,and the prevalence of moderate and severe anemia in children under 5 years old were generally decreasing(P＜0.001 for all).Conclusion In Baoji area,children's health status has been improved,and the indicators of chil-dren's health care services are generally on the rise,but the rates of overweight and obesity are generally on the rise.It is still necessary to further strengthen the quality of children's health care services,promote balanced nutrition,and strengthen the health management of overweight and obese children.
